After 30 years within the commercial mortgage business I’ve seem many changes in the industry and have been lucky enough to meet thousands great people, many of whom I have helped to find mortgages for their new business property or home.

Throughout my time in the industry, and as a member of the NACFB  I discovered one thing, and that is people are often confused by all the terminology and can be left wondering which option is best for them. I’m afraid to say that some companies don’t take the time to fully explain all their clients questions.

Myself and a few select people decided to create the Commercial Mortgage Guide – the go to place to answer your questions specifically about commercial mortgages. The aim is to help you make better informed decisions and learn a little about the different options.
